FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
STATEMENTS FROM THE INTERNATIONAL CENTRE FOR HUMAN RIGHTS (ICHR)

Today, the world bears witness to yet another harrowing escalation of state-sanctioned murder inside Iran. Ali Dashti, Alireza Sabahi, and Abul Fazl Sepahi have been executed. Their only “crime”? Demanding their fundamental, inalienable human rights.

ALI DASHTI, ALIREZA SABAHI 'AND ABUL FAZL SEPAHI TODAY IN IRAN, THEY WERE EXECUTED FOR ASKING FOR THEIR BASIC HUMAN Rights.

ALI DASHTI, ALIREZA SABAHI
‘AND ABUL FAZL SEPAHI
TODAY IN IRAN, THEY WERE EXECUTED FOR ASKING FOR THEIR BASIC HUMAN Rights.

Let us be entirely clear and unvarnished in our language: this is not a justice system; it is a mechanical slaughterhouse.

A Mockery of Justice, A State-Sponsored Killing Machine

These executions were carried out in total defiance of international law, stripped of even the barest pretense of due process or a fair legal trial. They were rushed through the shadows by a regime terrified of its own people. This is not governance, it is terrorism executed from the bench.

The entity masquerading as the government of Iran is nothing more than a political arm and an administrative branch of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), a recognized terrorist organization. For decades, this criminal syndicate has weaponized the gallows to terrorize a resilient population into submission, murdering dissidents, activists, and ordinary citizens who dare to breathe free.

The Complicity of Silence Must End Now

Yesterday was already too late. Every single second the international community spends issuing toothless condemnations and diplomatic platitudes, innocent lives hang in the balance. More mothers will mourn, more families will be shattered, and more blood will stain the hands of this terrorist regime unless immediate, disruptive, and uncompromising action is taken.

As human rights defenders, legal advocates, and global citizens with a moral conscience, we state unequivocally: You cannot negotiate with a regime that operates as a killing machine.

Demands for Immediate Global Action

The International Centre for Human Rights (ICHR) calls upon the United Nations, democratic governments, and global leaders to take immediate, drastic steps:

  1. End All Recognition: Immediately strip the Islamic Republic and its apparatus of any diplomatic legitimacy. Stop welcoming representatives of a terrorist organization to international bodies.
  2. Expel Diplomats: Expel all ambassadors and diplomatic missions tied to the regime from democratic capitals worldwide.
  3. Trigger Maximum Economic and Political Isolation: Enforce total diplomatic and economic blockades against all entities tied to the IRGC and its judiciary.
  4. Demand Immediate Halts: Issue an absolute ultimatum to halt all pending execution schedules immediately, recognizing every future execution as a state-sponsored war crime.

The world can no longer afford the luxury of silence, nor can it hide behind diplomatic niceties. To remain silent in the face of industrialized murder is to be complicit in it.

Action must be taken now. Stop the executions. Defund and dismantle the killing machine.
