ICHR joins many here in Canada and  around the globe who celebrate the Universal Human Rights Day Universal Human Rights Day in solidarity with courage, clarity, principle of speaking up peacefully, to create greater freedom, justice, and equality.

We strongly condemns human rights violations,  terrorism, war, torture, murder, use of death penalty, unfair trial, and outrageous discriminatory legislation policies against Women or minorities.

ICHR is extremely alarmed by the gross systematic violation of human rights in Iran, and the Middle Eastern countries, as it could be the greatest threat to the world peace.

That been said We call for united move to reduce all violations worldwide in order to to advance the quality of life and human rights. As; “All human beings are born free, equal, with dignity and rights.”

Human Rights Day is celebrated every year on 10 December, as The Universal Declaration of Human Rights and it empowers us all to stand up for our own rights and those of others.

As we review the year 2023, all source of gross human right violations, Murdering civilians, kidnapping, and terrorist activities worldwide gets linked to the criminal islamic republic regime and IRGC. « Like having hand in Hamas’s attack on Israel on October 7th, 2023.»

What’s happening in all neighbouring countries such as Afghanistan being occupied by Taliban is also due to the ideology that links all terrorists groups together as they feed each other.

Let’s not forget how IRGC sold war drones to Russia to attack Ukraine. Or, how IRGC killed innocent passengers of PS752 and young protesters in the streets of Iran.

The way The criminal regime in Iran and Pakistan treat people of Baluch is an open mockery of rule of law and human rights. How the Pakistani military and the criminal regime of Islamic republic kidnap and kills them is enough reason to make sure it’s more eminent than before to stop terrorism.

What’s happening in Gasa, after Hamas attacked Israel, while there was talk of peace negotiations, has IRGC and their Criminal regime that has big hand in it and igniting it.

Hamas and its affiliates such as Hezbollah and IRGC are constantly threatening to destroy Israel which targets civilians and regional peace and stability.  There is no lawful excuse and reasonable base for what the Hamas terror group does.

The international law forbids such terrorists attacks. But Hamas keeps violating international law and basic human rights of people living in the region.

Unfortunately, thousands have been killed, injured, raped, or taken hostage. Hamas has committed crimes that are supported by the Iranian regime’s IRGC.

The West must sever ties with the dictatorial Iranian regime to support peace and freedom in Iran, and region, in order to to combat Hamas & Hezbollah.  While we the western democracies to find an urgent solution to combat terrorism in middle east,  we demand Israel exercise caution in its retaliation to avoid civilian casualties.

It wasn’t long ago that the criminal regime, due to their outrageously inhuman actions, killed Mahsa Amini, the 22-year-old daughter site seen in Teheran. She was arrested arbitrarily and savagely beaten and tortured into a coma that led to her death.

Which created the #WomanLifeFreedom uprising. The Iranian women took to the streets and protested the human rights violations and oppression; however, the world did not support the movement.

The atrocity of degrading women by rape, taking their Freedom, dignity, banned from education or most public areas is not justifiable by anything what so ever, And if these women  dare to raise their voice against the injustice, then they are facing Taliban’s, and Islamic Republic’s wrath; by arbitrarily arrests, torture, rape, murder, and disappearances.

The Islamic criminal regime officials in Iran, Pakistan, Taliban, Hamas, Hezbollah, have continuously violated International laws and countless civilians specially women have been harassed, beaten, detained and killed.

Due to the tyranny of the islamic terrorism in middle Eastern countries the religious minorities, including Baha’is, Christians, Gonabadi Dervishes, Jews, Yaresan and Sunni Muslims, have suffered under extreme discrimination in professing or practising their faith, law, education, employment, child adoption, political office and places of worship, as well as arbitrary detention, tortured, other outrageous ill-treatment.

Under the dictatorship of the IR regime the ethnic minorities, including Ahwazi Arabs, Azerbaijani Turks, Baluch, Kurds and Turkmen, faced outrageous discrimination, education, employment and politically. Met with Death sentences imposed for vague charges such as “enmity against God”. The regime secretly executed those convicted in their corrupt judiciary, and refused to return their bodies to their families.

The LGBTI people have been continuously murdered by the Islamic terrorist organizations such as regime of IR, Pakistan, IRGC, Hamas, and Taliban, which highlights how massive is the perpetuated violence, discrimination, and criminalization against the LGBTI community and are met with punishments ranging from flogging, torture, other ill-treatment amounting to gender reassignment surgery, sterilization, and death penalty, including against children.

Workers’ Rights and Trade Unionists Iran and Middle East are in economic crisis which has triggered numerous strikes, and Instead of addressing their complaints, they are arrested and subjected to torture and other ill-treatment.

Torture and other ill-treatment of Prisoner’s has remained widespread and systematic in Iran and middle eastern countries, especially during interrogation. Torture-tainted “confessions” are broadcasted on state television and consistently. The prisoners are in face with continued torture, ill treatments, cruel, and inhuman, conditions. Prisons are overcrowded with poor inadequate sanitation, food, water, beds, ventilation, insect infestation, and denied medical care placing them at greater health risks.

Freedom of Expression, Association and Assembly have continuously increased in Iran and Middle East, internet shutdowns during protests, blocking the social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, Twitter and YouTube, hiding the scale of violations by security forces.

On top of this security and intelligence officials carry out arbitrary arrests for social media postings deemed “counter-revolutionary” or “un-Islamic”.

The authorities continue to heavily suppress the rights to freedom of expression, association and assembly.

They banned independent political parties, trade unions and civil society organizations, censored media and jammed satellite television channels.

Several thousand men, women and children were interrogated, unfairly prosecuted, arbitrarily detained, beaten to death, executed, solely for peacefully exercising their rights to freedom of expression, association and assembly.

The protesters, journalists, dissidents, artists, writers, teachers, dual nationals, lawyers, human rights defenders including women rights, LGBTI rights, labour rights and minority rights defenders, environmentalists, anti-death penalty campaigners, and the relatives demanding accountability for regimes crimes, are face with threats, harassment, torture, rape, other ill treatments, beaten to death, murder, sentenced under false charges to flocking, long term imprisonment, and death penalty.

Look what’s happening in Ghaza, as Hamas continues to oppress the news and present it in its favour. Raping the Palestinian and Israeli women, torturing, beating and then they say it wasn’t them.

What’s happening in Ghaza, after Hamas attacked Israel, while there was a talk of peace negotiations, has IRGC and their Criminal regime hand all over it, an igniting it.

Hamas and its affiliates, such as Hezbollah and IRGC, are constantly threatening to destroy Israel, which targets civilians, regional peace and stability. There is no lawful excuse and reasonable base for what the Hamas terror group does.

In conclusion the world must stop all these terrorism by ending political games, empty promises, and take serious measures that severs these terrorism links which will make the ideology of terrorism extremely weaken, and abolished. The way to do so is by taking serious actions against the biggest link between all terrorist organizations, which is IRGC and Criminal Islamic Republic Regime.

With measures like;

  • Severe sanctions on the entirety of the regime, the IRGC and affiliates.
  • Enlisting the entirety of the regime and IRGC as a terrorist entity.
  • Expulsion of all relatives and affiliates visas.
  • Confiscation of all assets.
  • Closing all embassies of the regime.
  • Trial at the International Criminal Court.

ICHR will continue fighting for human rights, refugee rights, as well as standing with protesters, political prisoners and human rights activists in Iran, Middle East and neighbouring countries. We also strongly call on governments, freedom fighters, human right activists, political parties worldwide, European union, and the United Nations for effective serous united action against the terrorist criminal regime of Islamic Republic, for Liberty in Iran.
