The Regime Of Iran Has Committed Crime By Not Handing Over The Complete Data Of The Black Box Of Flight 752 That Was Shoot Down Over 200 Days-ago By The Governments Military, and must be Strongly Condemned.
ICHR Continuously and Strongly is In pursuit Of Justice for the families of the victims of the Ukrainian plane dawning by the IRGC missiles, and we strongly call on the governments to had over the complete files of the black box, and stope delaying the process in taking serious actions in pursuing justice.
On January 8, 2020, Ukraine International Airlines Flight PS752 was shot down minutes after taking off from Tehran by the regime’s military air missile. That Tragically, 176 people, killed.
Over 7-months since then has passed and the government of Iran has been using every tactic to avoid handing over the black box for investigation in order to hide the truth of the matter.
Now, after all this time of delaying the data the government has hand over is selective and partial. That only raises the red flag that the regime is trying to hide the truth, and that’s absolutely unacceptable and unjust.
“The lack of transparency in disclosing the contents of the black box in part & selectively, is the confirmation that this is just another tactical action by the regime to hide their crime.” Said Ardeshir Zarezadeh, Executive Director for ICHR Canada.
“The families of the victims are demanding justice and want answers. But instead, they are being faced with games, excuses and empty promises. Our group at The International Center for Human Rights – ICHR will continue fighting for families in pursuit of justice.” Added; Ardeshire Zarezadeh, Executive Director for ICHR Canada.
Canada and other countries who lost citizens in the downing of aircraft, including Britain, Sweden, Ukraine, and Afghanistan, has been pressuring Iran for over Seven-months to hand over the flight recorders from the doomed the flight so their data could be downloaded and analyzed to discover the truth. But they all were faced with partial and selective data which is absolutely unacceptable.
“According to the report and the coverups by the government of Iran we can conclude that the passengers on board were all alive after the first missile strike, and that the pilots was working hard to control the plane and land safely.” Added; Ardeshire Zarezadeh, Executive Director for ICHR Canada.
“But after the regime military realized that they were not able to take down the airplane by one missile then the second missile was launched to finished the planned job.” Added; Ardeshire Zarezadeh, Executive Director for ICHR Canada.
The Iranian regime is trying all avenues to pretend that they have not intentionally brought down the plane. Including giving partial and selective information from the black box.
Today more than ever it’s important that the intl coordination group to take immediate actions and react to demand from the government of Iran to publish the full content of the black boxes and the truth.
ICHR strongly stands in Solidarity with the families of the victims in pursuit of justice and demands answers, and calls on all involved governments to strongly demand the full content of the black boxe, and stop delaying the process, and take serious and transparence actions in pursuing the over due justice.
We also strongly urge the government of Canada to strongly demand for the full content of the black boxe through Ontario Court of Justice and stand in solidarity for justice for the families of victims.
