ICHR Continuously and Strongly is In pursuit Of Justice for the families of the victims of the Ukrainian plane downing by Iran’s revolutionary guards (IRGC) missiles, and we strongly call on the governments to stop delaying the process, and take serious actions in pursuing justice.
Over Hundred Eighty days have passed since the downing of the Ukrainian aircraft by Iranian regime’s military and Yet no Justice, that’s just not acceptable.
The families of the victims seek justice and demand answers. But instead, they are being faced with excuses and empty promises.
Canada and other countries who lost citizens in the downing of aircraft, including Britain, Sweden, Ukraine, and Afghanistan, has been pressuring Iran for over Six-months to hand over the flight recorders from the doomed the flight so their data could be downloaded and analyzed to discover the truth.
“The Iranian regime is delaying the process of investigation and hiding the truth, that’s just another tactical action to hide their crimes against humanity. The Families demand Justice and want to know the truth. Our group The International Center for Human Rights – ICHR will continue fighting for families in pursuit of justice.” Said Ardeshire Zarezadeh, Executive Director for Iran, and The Middle East at ICHR Canada. In his interview with Al Arabiya, on the day that marks 6 months from the downing of the Ukrainian flight by IRGC.
ICHR strongly stands in Solidarity with the families of the victims in pursuit of justice and demands answers, and calls on all involved governments to stop delaying the process, and take serious and transparence actions in pursuing the over due justice, specifically taking this case to an international court.
We also strongly urge the government of Canada to serve Iran with copies of a class action filed at the Ontario Court of Justice as the families of victims wanting justice.
