Sunday, November 15th, 2015, two days after the tragic attacks in Paris, The International Center for Human Rights in Canada organized a rally in Nathan Phillips Square in honour of the recently murdered victims of Paris terrorist attacks. The march started from the City Hall at 1:15pm towards the Consulate General of France in Toronto.
The November 13th Paris attacks tragedy raised concerns, sorrow and sadness within citizens of the Glob. The authorities of various states took steps to send condolences to France as well as pledging solidarity with its people.

It is notable that the Honorable Reza Moridi, the Minister of Research and Innovation and Minister of Training, Colleges and Universities in Ontario who is also a Human Rights defender marched along the crowed who participated in the rally.
Mr. Ardeshir Zarezadeh, the Executive Director of International Human Rights Committee also walked the rally to indicate that the organization condemn the terrorist attack as well as sending out his and his organization’s supports.
At 2:30, the crowd reached the Consulate General of France at Yonge and Bloor where the French Counsel Mr. Marc Trouyet met up with the Rally participants. Mr. Moridi and Mr. Zarezadeh on behalf of the Human Rights defenders and Iranian Canadian Communities expressed their condolences along their solidarity with France to the Counsel.
Mr. Trouyet showed his gratefulness for their empathy and solidarity by thanking and appreciating the participants. At the end, he stated that people, the government and the nations should unite against terrorism and condemn any activities that pose danger to all the innocent citizens of the Globe.
